Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer | Series A Cybersecurity Start-Up | London

Senior Software Engineer required to join a fast-growing Series A cybersecurity start-up in London, tackling some of the most difficult problems in modern security. The company has been built by experienced founders with a proven track record of building and scaling successful cybersecurity businesses. With strong backing, growing traction, and an exceptional engineering team already in place, they’re now entering the next phase of growth. This is the sweet spot for joining a start-up: early enough to have real influence, but with the backing, team, and momentum already behind it.

You are:

• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience
• Strong in one or more of Python, Go, Java, or C#
• An excellent engineer with strong system design and software engineering fundamentals
• Comfortable owning complex technical problems from architecture through to production
• A builder who enjoys moving quickly and taking responsibility for outcomes
• Someone who wants genuine influence rather than being one engineer amongst hundreds

Bonus points:

• Previous start-up or scale-up experience
• Experience across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or distributed systems

Why join?

• Join a Series A start-up at a pivotal stage of growth
• Work alongside experienced founders with a successful track record in cybersecurity
• Join a small, world-class engineering team solving genuinely difficult technical problems
• Have significant influence over architecture, product, and technical direction
• Build technology addressing critical real-world cybersecurity challenges
• Competitive salary + meaningful equity

If you’re a strong Software Engineer who wants the technical challenge of a start-up, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to help shape a company as it scales,
