Bostik is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at our Leicester manufacturing site. This hands-on senior role reports to the Site Manager and drives safety, reliability and continuous improvement across all plant and equipment.
You will manage internal and external engineering resources, oversee maintenance programmes and capital projects, and mentor engineers and apprentices while collaborating with Production and Quality teams
