Location: Castleford, Wakefield

Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus up to £8,500

Hours: full time, Monday to Friday (permanent contract)

We’re looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes.

Our Wakefield home is a solo service, offering a smaller, safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.

For This Role, We Need Someone Who Has

Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (highly desirable)
A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care
In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
