Role: ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect
We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of Service Management experience and 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect/Lead Architect .
Key Skills:
Strong ServiceNow ITOM, Event Management & Event-to-Incident Automation
Hands-on ServiceNow FSM, Dynamic Scheduling & Dispatching
Strong ITSM, CMDB & CSDM knowledge
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping & Operational Intelligence
Integration expertise using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor , etc.
Proven experience designing event correlation, monitoring and automation solutions
Large-scale Field Service/Field Operations transformation experience
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Experience: 10+ Years
