Geotechnical Design Engineer — Hybrid Role with Training & Bonus

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are partnering with a specialist York-based consultancy to recruit a Geotechnical Design Engineer. You will work on foundations, structures, basements, piles and wall-retention with end-to-end project responsibility and regular client interaction.

Hybrid role with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, hybrid working. The firm offers progression, training, and a supportive team environment supporting growth toward shareholder-level leadership.
