Composite Design Engineer, Race Car Components

McLaren Racing is seeking a Design Engineer to create and deliver conceptual and detailed designs for composite and metallic race car components in the Chassis group, including tooling and test jigs. You will own projects from brief to delivery, working with pace and precision.

You will apply rigorous design methods, contribute to reliability improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance on the current car and in-season upgrades.
