The successful Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery and equipment.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Multi‑skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
Hands‑on experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast‑paced industrial factory
Requirements for the Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding experience
Engineering qualification – Electrical or Mechanical
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance
Confident responding to machinery breakdowns and identifying faults
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an engineering team
Desirable Requirements for the Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK
Experience working with PLCs, ideally with the ability to fault find using inputs and outputs
Experience supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
The Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer Will Benefit From:
£40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Monday to Friday – Days
No nights
