ERP Implementation & Process Improvement Lead

Belmont Recruitment is seeking an ERP Systems Officer to join Staffordshire County Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This full-time role (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) supports ERP implementation, business change, process improvement and user support within a technical environment.
You will undertake process mapping of as-is processes, document requirements, and help develop future-state designs while coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure effective delivery
