• Ensure traceability between requirements, process changes, testing activities, and business outcomes.
• Contribute to governance reporting, risks, decisions, and action tracking.

Testing & Business Readiness

• Support end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business validation activities.
• Assist with test scenario creation, defect management, retesting, and business sign-off.
• Support go-live, cut-over, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure future-state processes and controls are fully tested and understood before deployment.

Change & Adoption

• Assess business impacts and support organisational readiness activities.
• Contribute to training materials, user guides, and communication content.
• Help stakeholders and business champions understand and adopt new processes and systems.

Required Experience

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on ERP implementation programmes.
• Knowledge of finance processes such as accounts payable, general ledger, reporting, and financial controls.
• Understanding of commercial processes including procurement, budgeting, cost management, and supplier management.

About You

• Practical and delivery-focused with a strong business mindset.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex process and system changes.
• Collaborative and confident working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
