Reward, part of the Rezolve Ai Group, is transforming the way people, banks, brands and retailers connect through everyday commerce. Operating across 15+ markets throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Reward sits at the intersection of banking and commerce, connecting financial institutions and retailers through technology, transaction intelligence and digital engagement. Our platform helps banks deliver more relevant and rewarding experiences to millions of customers, while enabling brands and retailers to reach valuable audiences, drive measurable sales and build lasting loyalty. Since our beginnings, we’ve had a simple mission: to make everyday spending more rewarding. To date, we’ve returned billions in cashback to consumers and continue to innovate how people engage with brands through their everyday spending.
In 2026, Reward became part of Rezolve Ai, a global AI-powered commerce and payments technology company. Together, we’re combining Reward’s transaction intelligence, customer engagement capabilities and commerce network with Rezolve Ai’s technology to create smarter, more personalised journeys from discovery and engagement through to transaction and loyalty.
This is an exciting time to join Reward. We’re an established, growing business with the technology, partnerships and expertise to make a real impact, combined with the ambition and opportunity that comes from being part of a global AI commerce organisation. Our people are at the heart of that journey. We’re proud to be Great Place to Work® certified and recognised among the UK’s Best Workplaces™ Top 50 for 2026, reflecting a culture built around trust, inclusion, collaboration and putting people first. We’re shaping the next generation of commerce and customer engagement - and we’re looking for people who want to help us build it.
As a Software Engineer at Reward working on our loyalty platform in a fast paced, agile environment, you will be contributing to the design and development of our core product suite working with Product Owners to deliver software that fulfil business requirements. You will gain exposure to working on platforms used by millions of people every day.
Reward recruits passionate Software Engineers who are truly interested in their chosen field. Specific languages and frameworks come and go but at Reward we are more interested in your approach as a Software Engineer, how you solve problems.
The skills that make great Software Engineers are transferrable. If you have experience in some of the following technologies, we would be interested in speaking with you. Obviously, it’s an advantage the more you know but we don’t expect anyone to have experience of all of them!
This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a truly forward-thinking technology focused organisation. The successful candidate will work with cutting edge technologies such as JavaScript (Angular / Node), .Net Core, AWS, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes.
