Part Time / Full Time Locum Dentist required for a busy mixed practice in Consett, County Durham

• £450–£500 per day with a target of 30 UDAs
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Part-time or full-time opportunity with flexible working hours

• Large, welcoming 10-surgery practice
• Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontics in all surgeries
• OPG machine and Sendoline onsite
• Experienced team of 10 clinicians with special interests including Implants
• Fully qualified Dental Hygienist onsite
• Experienced Practice Manager
• 12 fully qualified and experienced Dental Nurses
• Friendly, supportive and well-established practice team
• Excellent clinical support available
• Central Consett location
• Free parking available nearby
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
