Part‑time or full‑time Associate Dentist required for 3 days per week in a busy, independently owned practice near Hook, Hampshire.

• £13.50 PER UDA
• EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL – VERY AFFLUENT AREA
• 50 % split on PVT revenue
• 50/50 split on lab fees
• 8‑surgery practice!
• 4 Associates, 3 Hygienists, 3 Specialists & Practice Coordinator
• Fully computerised surgeries
• OPG
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Qualified nurses
• Longstanding support team
• 15 minutes from Basingstoke, 20 minutes from Farnborough and 30 minutes from Winchester
• Available now, start date negotiable

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12‑36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
