• Produce accurate, fully compliant service records and certification after every visit, ensuring documentation meets BS 5839 and client standards.
• Carry out commissioning and handover of new fire alarm installations, completing all test records and certification to the required standard.
• Identify defects, remedial requirements, and system upgrades, communicating findings clearly to clients and the Service team.
• Maintain your van stock, test equipment, and tools to the required standard at all times.
• Liaise with clients, building managers, and site contacts professionally, representing Harmony’s brand with confidence.
• Complete all job management system entries accurately and on time, including time logging, parts usage, and site notes.
• Participate in the out-of-hours emergency callout rota as required.

• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills across a range of fire alarm panel types and manufacturers.
• Experience producing compliant service records, commissioning documentation, and certification.

• Strong attention to detail — accurate and thorough in service documentation and certification.
• Professional and clear communicator — comfortable engaging with clients and site contacts.
• Full UK driving licence.
• FIA, ECS, or equivalent industry qualification (preferable).
