Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
As a Summer Analyst in Software Engineering, you will help design, build, and support technology solutions used across Blackstone's businesses. Depending on team placement, you may work on software applications, cloud platforms, data systems, infrastructure automation, AI-enabled solutions, or internal developer platforms. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, data practitioners, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems and deliver solutions that are scalable, resilient, and impactful. Our teams leverage modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, automation, and data platforms, including AI-assisted development tools and firm approved standards, to build systems that support critical business functions across the firm.
