Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks to meet organizational needs.
Manage integration efforts for IT applications while ensuring seamless functionality.
Monitor and enhance IT service performance using defined KPIs and SLAs.
Develop and present service delivery reports for executive review.
Ensure system security, data protection, and adherence to licensing regulations.
Manage hardware and software procurement to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Provide secure remote access for users and address technical crises swiftly.
Train and mentor IT staff, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
Oversee system upgrades, reliability testing, and implementation of backup protocols.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices.
Working Conditions
Based on-site Chigwell, Essex, IG6
Standard hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Extensive travel within the UK to support subsidiaries.

Proficiency in business support software and IT frameworks such as ITIL, Scrum, or Prince 2.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
