Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor – Customer‑Focused Workshop

Kautec Recruitment is seeking an organised, confident Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy HGV workshop. You will be the link between customers, technicians and and the workshop team, managing jobs from booking through to completion and invoicing.

The role requires experience in HGV or fleet workshops, strong customer service and IT literacy, with the ability to handle multiple jobs, maintain workshop records and contribute to smooth daily planning.
