Lead DevSecOps Engineer | Cybersecurity & Cloud Infrastructure | London
A rapidly growing technology company is looking for a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to take ownership of cloud infrastructure, secure software delivery, and the systems that underpin a growing technology platform. The Role:
Lead the development and evolution of DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure
Design and maintain secure, reliable CI/CD and deployment processes
Build automation that improves the speed and quality of software delivery
Embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability and observability
Establish engineering standards across infrastructure and security
Provide technical leadership and support the development of other engineers
About You:
Strong background in DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure or SRE
Excellent understanding of security and secure software development
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, containers and infrastructure-as-code
Strong experience automating development and deployment environments
Experience taking technical ownership of projects, systems or teams
Comfortable working across engineering and security
Pragmatic, hands-on approach with strong attention to quality
