Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing high-profile accounts in line with the organisation's strategic growth plan. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Commercial Team, and NPD team, the role will drive sales, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing high-profile accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with strategic growth plans.
• Develop account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, product ranges, and supply terms.
• Monitor sales performance, market share, and account profitability.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, NPD, and Operations teams.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in Account Management and Business Development within Food/FMCG.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and results-focused.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
• Experience with major UK retailers, foodservice, or wholesale providers.
• Knowledge of chilled and frozen food manufacturing.
• Passion for the food/FMCG sector.
