McLaren Racing seeks a Senior Specialist, Aerodynamics Design Engineer to lead technical work within the Aero Design team, developing aerodynamic surfaces and wind tunnel model components that directly influence race car performance.

You will combine advanced surfacing and mechanical engineering expertise with leadership, mentoring colleagues and collaborating with aerodynamicists, CFD, model making, production and vehicle engineering to convert concepts into manufacturable solutions.
