Pharmacist Manager
We are seeking an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a busy community pharmacy in Dunstable.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent patient and customer careDeliver NHS and private pharmacy servicesSupport and develop the pharmacy teamMaintain high professional and clinical standardsEnsure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governanceHelp achieve pharmacy performance and business targetsDemonstrate strong leadership within a busy pharmacy environment
About You
Fully qualified and GPhC registered.Community pharmacy experience.Accredited to deliver NHS and private pharmacy services.Strong patient and customer focus.Commercially aware and target driven.Confident working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.Strong communication and leadership skills.
Working Pattern
Two-week rota: Week 1 Monday: 09:00 - 21:00 Tuesday: 09:00 - 21:00 Thursday: 09:00 - 21:00 Friday: 09:00v - 21:00 Saturday: 09:00 - 21:00 Week 2 Monday: 09:00 - 21:00 Tuesday: 09:00 - 21:00 Thursday: 09:00 - 21:00
