Description

Part time Performer Dentist required for 4 days per week in a busy, mixed practice in Pevensey, East Sussex

• Tues to Fri
• 6000 UDAs
• £13-£15 per UDA Depending on experience
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Loyal patient base
• 3 fully computerised surgeries
• Digital X-rays
• Full Support Team with implant and aligner specialists, PM, nurses and reception team
• Parking outside practice and great network links
• 15 minutes from Eastbourne
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
