Part-time Performer Dentist required for 4 days per week in a MODERN, busy, mixed practice in Yeovil, Somerset

• 4.8* rated practice of over 200+ Google Reviews
• P/t Mon & every other Tues, Weds & Thurs
• A Mentor would be an ideal candidate
• Up to 8000 UDAs @ £14 per UDA
• NHS GOLDEN HELLO £20,000 available, subject to terms
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• HUGE PRIVATE POTENTIAL
• 4 Fully computerised surgeries
• Relocated in the last 3 years so new, modern equipment
• OPG
• Rotary Endo
• Digital X-rays
• Dentally Software
• Full support team with Therapist/Hygienist and Qualified Nurses
• Mentor would be preferred
• Established, busy list of Patients
• Denplan provided
• Visiting Implant Surgeon on site once a month
• Practice provides Endo, Minor Oral Surgery and Ortho
• Residential and Pay and Display Parking nearby
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
