Description

• Part or full time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice in Chichester
• MUST HAVE A PERFORMER NUMBER WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
• Mon to Fri
• 5000 to 7000 UDAs
• £13 per UDA
• 50% split on Private & Labs - EXCELLENT PRIVATE POTENTIAL
• Loyal patient base
• 3 fully computerised surgeries
• Digital X-rays
• Full Support Team with nurses
• Affluent town of Chichester
• 5 minute walk to train station
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
