Known for their experimentation-first approach, the team works closely with clients to build long-term performance roadmaps rather than short-term fixes. As they continue to expand their Paid Social offering across major platforms, this hire represents a key step in strengthening delivery capability and strategic depth within the team.

The rapid expansion of client accounts and increased demand for cross-platform Paid Social expertise has created an exciting opportunity for progression and ownership within a high-performing team environment.

The Senior Paid Media Executive will take ownership of multi-platform Paid Social campaigns, delivering high-impact performance across ecommerce accounts while contributing directly to strategic testing and optimisation initiatives.

The Senior Paid Media Executive will work across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap and Reddit, managing budgets, refining targeting strategies, and delivering actionable insights that improve client performance at every stage of the funnel.

Role Highlights

• Build, manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across leading platforms, including Meta, TikTok and Reddit
• Oversee daily budgets, creative testing and audience strategy to maximise ROI
• Deliver weekly performance reporting with clear, insight-led recommendations
• Contribute to structured experimentation roadmaps and hypothesis-led testing
• Support client communications and present findings confidently in meetings

You Will Need

• 1-2 years’ Paid Social experience within agency or in-house environments
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Confident communication skills with a clear, articulate approach
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work
• Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and improve
