An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Corporate Legal Director or Partner to join a highly regarded and award-winning team within a UK Top 100 law firm, based in Oxford.

This is a genuinely influential hire, with the successful individual playing a key role in the next phase of the team's growth and development. You'll advise an impressive client base, from entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses through to major national and international organisations, across M&A, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructurings. An existing client following is desirable, but not essential; individuals with a clear and demonstrable track record for generating business opportunities will be equally considered.
