About theRole

As GeneralManager of one of our established restaurants, you’ll take full ownershipof the business, leading your team, driving performance, and creating a culturethat delivers results.

You’ll beaccountable for everything that happens in your restaurant - from deliveringexceptional customer experiences and growing sales, to controlling costs anddeveloping a high-performing team. Leading from the front, you’ll set the tone,build a strong team culture, and make sure your restaurant is operating at itsbest every single day.

This is ahands-on, high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive results, inspire yourteam, and keep the energy high in a fast-paced environment.
