We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent opportunity based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for an established construction professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from inception through to completion
Oversee site teams, subcontractors and project programmes
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Monitor project progress, quality and costs
Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams
Identify and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain high standards of health & safety across projects
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
Strong track record of successfully delivering construction projects
Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
Strong commercial and programme awareness
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
