Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the on-site delivery of new build industrial facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets. You will work closely with clients, consultants and the project team to manage groundworks through to handover. The position offers the chance to contribute to a regional contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career prospects. You will shape site logistics, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve delivery challenges to drive successful project outcomes.

• Managing day-to-day delivery of on-site activities
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works align with the programme
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Monitoring quality throughout construction
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project team
• Managing site logistics and coordinating trades
• Identifying and resolving potential programme or delivery issues
• Supporting successful project completion and handover

Key requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience for a Main Contractor
• Experience delivering new build industrial, warehouse or distribution projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Excellent subcontractor management skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
