We are urgently seeking Senior Project Managers for schemes in the Oxford area, of values circa £40million. Successful applicants will have a track record of delivery in similar size schemes in the education and life sciences sectors. The company have a plan for further growth, and the opportunity for progression through the company is excellent, as is the salary and benefits package.

You will be responsible for all aspects of delivery, Design and client accountability, together with strict commercial controls.

• Recent relevant experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Tier One Contractor track record of delivery
