• Design and architect Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native engineering platforms at scale
• Facilitate workshops with engineering leaders, product teams and platform stakeholders to define target architectures, operating models and delivery roadmaps
• Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, implementable platform and DevEx solutions
• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across pre-sales and delivery engagements, from discovery through to implementation assurance
• Support sales teams with opportunity shaping, bid responses, solution design and commercial proposal development
• Define reusable patterns, reference architectures and engineering standards across the Cloud & Apps Practice
• Research and experiment with emerging tools, technologies and practices to evolve our Platform Engineering and DevEx offerings
• Lead and mentor consultants and architects, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple customer engagements
• Ensure solution quality through design assurance, technical governance and risk identification across multi-technology environments

What you'll bring

• Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Developer Experience (DevEx) and DevOps transformation
• CI/CD tooling including GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Harness
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Backstage or similar developer portal technologies
• Observability, monitoring and developer feedback platforms
• Secrets management and identity solutions such as HashiCorp Vault
• Progressive delivery, release orchestration and modern deployment practices
• You'll be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, leading technical teams and translating business challenges into practical, scalable engineering solutions
