Options Engineering Lead: Rust-Powered Trading (Remote)

Keyrock is seeking an Engineering Lead for the Options team. You will steer the development of a Rust-native systematic trading platform, drive improvements across automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability.

This role is primarily remote with European or US East Coast time zones in mind, and you will mentor a growing team of engineers. You will collaborate with traders, quants, product, risk, and infrastructure to balance performance, latency, safety, and delivery
