Our client, a growing accountancy practice, seeks an Accounts & Tax Manager for their Banbury office. You will manage rural client portfolios, deliver bespoke tax and accounts services, and help develop the team and firm through business development and staff development.
The role requires UK tax and accounts experience, ACA/ACCA/CTA qualifications, and strong communication skills. A flexible, client-focused approach and willingness to work outside normal hours are valued.
