Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking a proactive Production Engineer to support and optimise our manufacturing operations. You will drive improvements in processes, quality and efficiency across a multi‑stage operation including laser cutting, forming, welding, assembly and rubber processing.
You will work closely with Production, Engineering and ERP systems, applying Lean and OEE principles to deliver tangible productivity gains while maintaining robust processes and quality standards.
