Call-out rota: 1 in 4 (day‑by‑day, Social Housing)
£50 for complete jobs / £40 for incomplete jobs

Servicing & breakdowns in domestic housing association properties
Fault finding, diagnostics, boiler & heating system repairs
All appointments pre-booked – no cold calling
Requirements
ACS: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT
Unvented (desirable)
Strong breakdown & repair experience
Full UK driving licence + clean DBS
Location: West London areas.
