Nursery Manager

Position : Nursery Manager
Hours : 40h per week
Location : Hammersmith and Fulham, London
Salary : £52,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package.

About the Role

We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead a thriving nursery with over100 places at full capacity . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional care and education, can effectively engage with parents, and has a proven track record ofmanaging busy settings .

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Motivate and inspire the team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and confidently manage expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure the nursery operates at the highest level.
• Work alongside anOffice-based Deputy Manager for operational support.
• Receive guidance from aDirector and QA team who provide excellent support.

Requirements

• Minimum of3 years' experience as a Nursery Manager in a similar-sized setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop the team.
• Experience in driving quality standards and achieving positive outcomes for children.
• Ability to engage effectively with parents and build strong relationships.
