As we continue to expand our presence, we seek talented Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at all career stages, from early‑career professionals through to Senior and Principal level specialists.

Future Opportunities

• Delivering Electrical or Mechanical Building Services designs across various projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Leading multidisciplinary MEP projects from concept through to completion.
• Managing project teams, resources, programmes, and budgets to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and wider design teams to develop integrated engineering solutions.
• Championing innovation, sustainability, and best practice in building services design.
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers while supporting the growth of the wider team.
• Contributing to the continued expansion and success of our business.

About You

• Relevant qualification such as HNC, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
• Experience delivering Mechanical or Electrical Building Services design projects within the UK.
• Knowledge and experience of BIM processes and digital design tools, including Revit.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
• Most importantly, we’re looking for engineers who are passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.
