Group Lotus in Norwich is seeking a skilled industrial engineer to lead activities across current and future vehicle programmes. This role encompasses headcount planning, capacity modelling, and the definition of manufacturing costs, significantly impacting operational efficiency and cost performance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering, proven industrial engineering experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with desirable skills in AutoCAD and CATIA.
