Commercial Manager

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, detail-oriented Commercial Manager to support our Chief Commercial Officer and drive commercial discipline, margin protection and risk management across a fast-growing, multi-division business.

This is a high-impact role with exposure across sales, operations and leadership, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, control and commercial performance in a scaling environment.

The Opportunity

You will play a central role in strengthening commercial governance and ensuring the business delivers profitable, sustainable growth. Key areas include:

• Owning the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from review and negotiation through to compliance and ongoing management
• Driving commercial governance and control, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation across the group
• Leading supply chain management and optimisation, improving cost efficiency and supplier performance
• Supporting pricing discipline and margin protection across all divisions
• Providing commercial insight and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvement
• Partnering with sales and operations to structure commercially sound deals
• Supporting M&A activity, ensuring contracts, suppliers and processes integrate effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a commercial, contracts, or procurement-focused role
• Strong understanding of contract management, risk and commercial governance
• Experience working in multi-entity or high-growth environments
• Ability to balance detail and control with commercial pragmatism
• Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, operations and leadership teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insight from commercial data
• Experience supporting M&A or integration activity is advantageous
