Senior RF Engineer | London (3 days In office) | Up to £80,000 | Defence | SC Clearance
Our defence client designs and manufactures advanced RF components for secure communications. They are seeking a Senior RF Engineer to support the design, simulation, testing, and optimisation of RF circuits and subsystems.
Responsibilities
Design and develop RF components and subsystems
Perform RF simulation, modelling, and lab-based testing
Troubleshoot and optimise performance parameters (gain, noise figure, power, etc.)
Work collaboratively with systems, electronics, and firmware teams
Produce technical documentation and test reports
Requirements
Strong hands‑on RF engineering background
Proficiency with RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST)
Experience using RF lab test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators)
Understanding of microwave design principles
Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain (UK residency required)
Offer
Up to £80,000 salary (DOE)
Hybrid model: 3 days on‑site in London
