Tired of designing kit that never leaves the drawing board?

You know how it goes – weeks of modelling, refinement, reviews… then the project quietly dies because someone changed their mind or kicked it into “phase two” limbo. All that effort, wasted.

Here’s what’s different:

They actually build what you design. Proper engineering, proper output. This is a good old-fashioned British engineering business where everything’s done in-house – design, manufacture, assembly, test. No layers of corporate nonsense, no watching your work disappear into a void.

The reality:

You’ll be designing full systems – special purpose machinery, lifting solutions, bespoke engineered equipment. SolidWorks is your daily tool. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the workshop, electrical, and production teams to get things built right. Expect real engineering challenges, not endless status meetings.

What you get:

• Full project ownership
• A stable, established engineering business that backs its people
• A workshop on‑site, so you can actually see your designs come to life
• Genuine variety – every project is different

You’ll love this if you:

• Prefer hands‑on engineering over corporate ceremony
• Have SolidWorks experience and can turn ideas into manufacturable reality
• Enjoy solving real‑world problems with practical constraints
• Like working somewhere where common sense actually wins

Based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
