We are seeking a talented Staff Validation Engineer to join our fast-paced R&D team, driving the evaluation and testing of new products. You will work closely with design, product, test, and applications engineers to ensure our cutting-edge technology meets rigorous performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in new product design meetings and drive test feature development to support successful product evaluation.
Assist in designing validation solutions for new products, including software, hardware, and documentation.
Identify and specify bench-top test equipment for validating new products.
Develop test automation software using Python or LabVIEW.
Collaborate with designers, product, test, and applications engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in validation review meetings and contribute to project decision-making.
Test high-speed optical components, ICs, and modules.
Perform high-speed measurements on lab products operating at data rates of 10 Gbit/s and above.
Apply knowledge of high-speed signal integrity for schematic entry and layout using Altium PCB tools.
Minimum Qualifications
BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / ECE, or HNC/HND with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic R&D environment.
