Birda is building an app for birding adventures. We’re looking for an experienced Product Engineer to help people connect with nature through our mobile apps (React Native) with a focus on user experience and delivery efficiency, while maintaining platform quality and performance.
Responsibilities
Own product engineering for mobile apps with React Native and Node backend.
Collaborate across product ideation, prioritization, analytics, and marketing to deliver real impact.
Work in a dynamic, ambiguous startup-like environment and contribute to full-stack scope as needed.
Qualifications
Senior level with React and React Native
Senior with Node
Experience with distributed architectures
Experience with Next.js
Experience with GraphQL + Apollo
Experience with styling (CSS or Tailwind)
Experience with pub/sub architectures
Fully Remote
Within a one-hour window of the UK time zone
