Role Overview

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations. This role requires a hands‑on approach with a strong focus on sales and revenue maximisation, and exceptional client experience. It couldn't be a more exciting time to join the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing e‑commerce operations to maximise sales and revenue.
• Enhancing the client experience across digital platforms.
• Collaborating with external media agencies for PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Providing trend reporting and optimisation recommendations.
• Mapping a prospective pathway for long‑term performance.
• Responsible for daily sales reports and weekly & annual trade reports.
• Managing all online activity in relation to traffic, acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
• Tracking conversion rate, AOV & number of transactions across all territories as well as UX and UI improvements.

Ideally you will

• Have proven experience in e‑commerce and performance marketing.
• Be experienced with Shopify Plus.
• Have previous experience with external agencies.
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture team members.
• Have an analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
