We are a forward-thinking AEC recruitment agency. Our incredible team provides permanent recruitment solutions for the full life cycle of projects exclusively in the USA across Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.

With continued ongoing demand from our clients, we're excited to expand our team further by welcoming motivated individuals to join us as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in London.

Being a young and fast-growing firm, it's important for us to maintain a great company culture. So, we're looking for people who aren’t just hard-working but are also social and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

We have worked hard to develop an environment that nurtures growth and motivates you to champion your full potential:

• This is a competitive market, so we've developed a market-leading commission structure.
• We provide structured training, including personalised 1-on-1 support, workshops, online learning, and direct mentorship from our three hands-on directors.
• You’ll have a clear progression path and first dibs to leadership opportunities as one of our first 20 consultants.
• We've heavily invested in the latest Technology/AI to make your job as efficient as possible.

It’s not all about the grind; culture is also important to us. We’ve implemented some great cultural benefits to keep morale high:

• Regular social events and incentives, including activities like meals at Michelin star restaurants and company-wide days out
• Work from home policy
• Friday late start and early finish
• 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + an extended Christmas shutdown period

Not to mention, our central London office comes with its own set of perks:

• Enjoy free beer and cider at our WeWork office!
• Take a break with our pool, ping pong, and foosball tables
• Treat yourself to complimentary coffee from our in-house barista
• Keep fuelled with a selection of snacks

Now, a bit about you:

• The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• You're self-confident and have an inquisitive nature
• Strong organisational skills
• A quick learner with an eagerness to get stuck in
