Contracts & Compliance Coordinator at Altum Group

Altum Group is hiring across our UK and International teams, looking for experienced recruitment consultants who want to progress quickly with our established brand.

If you are a high-performing recruitment consultant, looking to step into a senior role with a clear route to leadership where you can take on a high-value desk with access to top-tier clients , this may be the right next step for you.

What’s in it for you:

• Warm desks with long-standing clients from start-ups to FTSE 100 clients – no cold starts.
• Market-leading commission structure – significantly above industry average.
• Clear path to Manager and Director roles with real autonomy.
• International progression opportunities , including routes into high-value markets like the US.
• A respected brand with genuine depth in our markets (such as Finance, Change and Transformation)
• Support from high-performing peers, marketing, and delivery teams – you focus on billing, not admin .

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (sector agnostic – finance experience a bonus).
• Strong track record of billing and building client relationships .
• A commercial mindset and a genuine desire to progress quickly.
• Self-motivated, consultative, and team-oriented.
• Ready to step up, not sideways.

Why now?

We’re growing fast – new markets, new clients, and more opportunity than we can service. If you're ready for more money, more ownership, and more career growth , this is your move. For more information, please reach out for a confidential conversation or to see a job description.
