Full Stack Engineer

We're not building AI tools. We're rebuilding how the world's largest organisations operate.

Conquer AI designs and deploys agentic AI systems inside FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and Fortune 500 businesses. These are production systems, embedded into critical workflows, driving real revenue, reducing real cost, changing how decisions get made at scale.

We're hiring Senior / Lead Fullstack Engineers to build from the inside.

What you’ll be doing

Every engagement is different. Every build is greenfield. You'll be designing systems that operate across complex, unstructured data environments, integrating deeply into existing tools, processes, and decision layers inside global enterprises.

This is not ticket-closing work. This is systems thinking at the highest level, shipped into production.

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable in Python and AI-driven environments
• A track record of shipping production-grade systems
• High agency, you take ownership, you move things forward

We care far more about how you think and build than which specific tools you've used.

What you'll get

• Highly competitive salary
• Meaningful equity upside as we scale
• Real ownership from day one, not legacy clean-up
• Direct exposure to high-value problems inside global enterprises
• A team that moves quickly and actually ships

A word on culture

This is a high-pressure, high-reward environment built for people who thrive when the stakes matter. We move fast. Hours reflect ambition. If you're looking for a 9-5, this isn't it.

If you want to build something of genuine global significance, and be compensated like it:
