• A broad understanding of change management governance, the inputs required, and the tools used.
• A high-level understanding of technology within Santander UK ideally gained from technical project delivery.
• Experience of effective stakeholder engagement across business and technology.
• An understanding of financial management and a drive to deliver cost savings across the IT BAU estate.

It would also be nice for you to have:

• Proactive nature, work with evolving goals and objectives.
• An understanding of the ‘Go To Model’

• If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.
• We’re happy to discuss specific working patterns and arrangement within this hybrid approach during the recruitment process.
