Commitment: 3-5 hour

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Participate in a paid, 3–5 hour instructional fellowship to learn the methodology of “Prompt-Rubric Pairing.”
• Develop skills in writing precise prompts, defining “golden responses,” and designing structured rubrics for AI evaluation.
• Apply your professional expertise to create measurable, high-quality criteria that guide AI learning and performance benchmarking.
• Complete a practical capstone task that translates your domain standards into machine-readable evaluation data.

Requirements

• Strong domain expertise in any professional field (e.g., law, finance, engineering, healthcare, academia, or creative industries).
• Deep knowledge that cannot be easily sourced online; ability to cite verified sources (PDFs, datasets, research papers).
• Strong analytical skills — able to deconstruct complex tasks into measurable criteria.
• Commitment to integrity and original work — no AI assistance in rubric creation.
• Reliable internet access and ability to upload supporting materials.
