About the Role

• Hunting for new business: proactively prospect through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring solutions: engage in face‑to‑face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer customised digital marketing solutions.
• Closing deals: present, negotiate, and secure agreements with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client management: nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and account management for up to 12 months post‑sale.
• Data analysis: conduct in‑depth reviews to identify growth opportunities, boosting client ROI and delivering long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fieldnew or high‑performing telesales.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills — both verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
