£35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)

Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Working within the existing multi-disciplinary engineering team
• Producing detailed design specifications for control systems
• Producing test specifications as required
• Liaising directly with customers as part of the projects

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience carrying out electrical design
• Experience in a Controls and Automation environment
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical
• Excellent problem solving capabilities
• Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
